This actually won an award at a local bartending conference.
(3) 1/4 Lime Wedges
(5) Mint Leaves
(1) Oz. Simple Syrup -
to make use equal parts sugar and water and bring almost to a boil -
about 10-15 minutes CONTINUALLY stirring. I make 4 cup batches (4 cups
water with 4 cups pure cane sugar)
Then Muddle these three together for about 2-3 minutes until lime is pummeled and mint leaves are torn very well.
Fill glass 3/4 with ice
(2) oz. Bacardi or any white rum
Fill the rest of the glass with club soda

| Lazy woman is back!
Bad News! I jammed my right thumb two weeks ago, the bone is broken. My thumb looks same as the thumb which hited by a hammer in the cartoon, red & big. During the past two weeks, i can't writing, holding chopsticks, putting on and taking off my clothes, using mouse and even taking shower. Because i need to hold up my thumb as long as i can. my hand is tired but i dun have a choice, if i dun do it, i only feel my blood is running to my thumb.
Good News! We try our best looking for the best doctor in the world who have well experience in operating the Acoustic Neuroma. According to our doctor, in Newcastle, who said the size of that tumor inside my husband's head is like a "Ping Pung" ball. We also consulted another, in Cromwell Hospital London, who is a famous brain surgeon on the Gamma Knife radiotheropy. He said my husband's tumor is too big for the Gamma Knife, he introduced another surgeon in Germany, Professor M. Samii, who is the world famous in Acoustic Neuroma. He built a center call "International Neurscience Institute" (http://www.ini-hannover.com) for all kind of brain illness which is named "the center of excellent" and he has a nick name called "Golden Hand". So, we decided to go there instead of go to Hong Kong and stay in UK. Although, he is 70' but we still have a lot of confidence with him.
We will go to Germany on 8th July 2007 ready for the appointment. The appiontment will be at 10:00am on 11th July 2007. We put all our hope to the professor. Hope he can do all his best for all his parients.
